摘 要:飞行训练标准的不断完善对飞行学员培育有着重要影响。通过对比分析中美在飞行学员私照阶段飞行训练理念及资质认证标准上的异同,发现国内外单、多发操作程序基本一致,但美国考察点更为清晰,国内则侧重于飞行技能考核,同时美国在风险管理能力上的培养更为深入,注重学员的全面发展,而国内对技能的要求更为精细化,在理论考核及风险管理方面有所欠缺。最后对我国飞行训练水平提升从完善考试标准与核心胜任力等方面提出建议。The continuous improvement of flight training standards has an important impact on the cultivation of flight cadets.By comparing and analyzing the similarities and differences between China and the United States in fight training concepts and qualification certification standards for private pilot license,it is found that the operation procedures for single engined and multi-engined aeroplanes at home and abroad are basically the same,but the inspection points in the United States are more clear,and domestic rules focus more on flight skills assessment.Meanwhile,the United States has more in-depth training in risk management ability,and lays stress on comprehensive development of the cadets,while domestic requirements for skills are more refined.Finally suggestions are put forward to improve flight training in China from the aspects of improving examination standards and core competences.
