摘　　要：新型冠状病毒感染(COVID-19)是一种呼吸道疾病, 各年龄段均易感。康复的COVID-19患者中有相当一部分人存在持续的急性COVID-19症状, 或持续数周甚至数月的新症状, 这些在COVID-19康复后持续存在的症状被称为"长期COVID"或"COVID后综合征"。COVID-19后遗症可累及多个系统, 相关研究、报道繁多, 但缺乏梳理, 现将国内外COVID-19后遗症及其可能机制的相关研究综述如下, 以期为临床诊治提供思路。The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is a respiratory disease that affects all age groups.A significant number of patients who have recovered from COVID-19 have persistent acute COVID-19 symptoms,or new symptoms that persist for weeks or even months.These symptoms that persist after recovery from COVID-19 are referred to as"long COVID"or"Post COVID syndrome".The sequelae of COVID-19 can effect multiple systems,and there are many COVID-19-related studies and reports,but a lack of summarization.The relevant research on the sequelae of COVID-19 and its possible mechanisms at home and abroad is summarized as follows,in order to provide ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
