摘　　要：问诊是基本临床技能,化解推进瓶颈,将叙事医学应用于诊断学问诊教学,提高医学生叙事技巧、叙事行为以及相关叙事应用等方面的医学实践训练,通过倾听、解释、回应、反思、行动实现人文教育与专业教育的有机结合,既符合国家层面对医学教育改革发展的指导意见,也为问诊教学更实质性地强化人文素质培育提供了可能。Interrogation is a basic clinical skill.Solving the obstacles and using narrative medicine to train the narrative skills of medical students by listening,explaining,responding,reflecting and acting,could realize the combination of humanistic education and professional education,which is not only in line with the national guidance of the reform and development of medical education,but also good for strengthening the humanistic literacy of medical students substantially.
