摘  要:对原有机床床头箱滑移齿轮液压换挡系统的控制结构进行分析,指出用一套液压站和一套润滑站控制的结构过于复杂。在此基础上,设计了机床床头箱滑移齿轮液压换挡系统,将齿轮液压换挡和床头箱润滑综合考虑,不再使用溢流阀、节流阀、液控单向阀,只需使用两个二位四通电磁换向阀,即可实现液压缸的前进和后退。采用所设计的液压换挡系统,控制方法安全可靠,不仅可以实现齿轮换向,而且能够对机床床头箱内的齿轮、轴承进行润滑,进而降低成本。The original control structure of the sliding gear hydraulic reversing system of the headstock of the machine tool was analyzed,and it was pointed out that the structure controlled by a set of hydraulic station and a set of lubrication station is too complicated.On this basis,the sliding gear hydraulic reversing system of the headstock of the machine tool was designed,and the hydraulic gear reversing and headstock lubrication were comprehensively considered,and the relief valve,throttle valve and hydraulic control check valve were no longer used,and only two two-position four-way electromagnetic directional valves were used to realize the forward and backward of the hydraulic cylinder.Using the designed hydraulic reversing system,the control method is safe and reliable,which can not only realize gear commutation,but also lubricate the gear and bearing in the headstock of the machine tool,thereby reducing cost.
