摘 要:在永磁电机中,制造误差对齿槽转矩有较大影响。对表贴式永磁电机制造误差对齿槽转矩的影响进行研究,分析齿槽转矩对于转子径向误差与圆周方向偏移误差的敏感度。建立转子外圆开槽放置平底状永磁体模型和转子外圆不开槽放置圆弧底状永磁体模型,基于蒙特卡洛方法,应用Matlab软件生成正态概率分布随机样本,建立考虑制造误差的有限元模型,计算齿槽转矩,得出齿槽转矩的分布规律。研制两种转子模型样机,进行齿槽转矩测量。结果表明,实测值与仿真结果吻合度较好,为表贴式永磁电机制造误差的分配提供了依据。In permanent magnet motor,manufacturing error has a great impact on cogging torque.The influence of manufacturing error of surface-mounted permanent magnet motor on cogging torque was studied,and the sensitivity of cogging torque to the radial error of rotor and the circumferential offset error was analyzed.The models of rotor were established in which the outer circle is slotted to place a flat-bottomed permanent magnet and the outer circle is not grooved to place a circular arc bottom permanent magnet.Based on the Monte Carlo method,Matlab software was used to generate random sample of normal probability distribution,the finite element model considering manufacturing error was established,and the cogging torque was calculated to obtain the distribution law of cogging torque.Two rotor model prototypes were developed for cogging torque measurement.The results show that the measured value is in good agreement with the simulation result,which provide a basis for the allocation of manufacturing error of surface-mounted permanent magnet motor.
