摘 要:以Mn/Al/B单质混合粉末为原料进行燃烧反应以合成高含量的Mn_(2)AlB_(2)材料。系统研究了管式炉中发生燃烧反应合成Mn_(2)AlB_(2)的过程,并提出了燃烧反应合成Mn_(2)AlB_(2)的反应机制。结果表明:在管式炉中发生燃烧反应的产物中,主相为Mn_(2)AlB_(2)和MnB,同时含有少量的Mn_2B,Al,AlMn_(x)。原料中增加Al含量会显著促进Mn_(2)AlB_(2)的合成。Mn/Al/B体系发生的燃烧反应属于热爆模式,反应的放热量较低。产物的烧结活性较差,容易粉碎。试样由几微米级别的大量Mn_(2)AlB_(2)板条或块状晶粒,以及大量亚微米级别的小晶粒构成。最后,提出一个燃烧反应合成Mn_(2)AlB_(2)的反应机制。Mn/Al/B element mixed powders were used as raw material for combustion reaction to synthesize Mn_(2)AlB_(2)material with high content.The synthesis of Mn_(2)AlB_(2)by combustion reaction in tubular furnace or spark plasma sintering furnace was systematically studied,and the reaction mechanism of combustion reaction synthesis of Mn_(2)AlB_(2)was put forward.The results show that in the products of combustion reaction in tubular furnace,the main phases are Mn_(2)AlB_(2)and MnB,and contain a small amount of Mn_(2)B,Al and AIMnx.Increasing Al content in raw materials will significantly promote the synthesis of Mn_(2)AlB_(2).The combustion reaction of Mn/Al/B system belongs to thermal explosion mode,and the heat release of the reaction is low.The sintering activity of the product is poor and easy to crush.The sample is composed of a large number of Mn_(2)AlB_(2)lath or massive grains at the level of several microns and many grains of other phases at the level of submicron.Finally,a reaction mechanism of Mn_(2)AlB_(2)by combustion synthesis reaction is proposed.
