摘 要:采用无压浸渗Ti-Al_(2)O_(3)预制体的方法,在高铬铸铁表面制备了厚度3~4 mm高铬铸铁基Al_(2)O_(3)-TiC表面复合材料。采用扫描电镜、EDS、XRD分析了表面复合材料的显微组织和物相组成,并对其耐磨性和抗热震性进行了测定。结果表明:在浸渗过程中Ti作为预制体添加元素,通过Ti-C反应能够快速诱导金属液浸透预制体。在浸渗层中Al_(2)O_(3)颗粒与基体结合致密,分布均匀、无裂纹与缺陷。高温下TiC通过溶解析出围绕Al_(2)O_(3)颗粒形成TiC的过渡层,提高了Al_(2)O_(3)颗粒与基体的结合强度。浸渗层的耐磨性是高铬铸铁的3~4倍,800℃条件下能够抵抗15次热震而不出现裂纹。High chromium cast iron matrix Al_(2)O_(3)-TiC surface composites with a thickness of 3~4 mm were prepared on the surface of high chromium cast iron by pressureless infiltration of Ti-Al_(2)O_(3)preform.The microstructure and phase composition of the surface composites were analyzed by SEM,EDS and XRD,and the wear resistance and thermal shock resistance of the surface composites were measured.The results show that the liquid metal can be quickly induced to permeate the preform through Ti-C reaction with the adding of Ti element to the preform.In the infiltration layer,Al_(2)O_(3)particles are tightly combined with the matrix and evenly distribute without cracks and defects.At high temperature,the transition layer around Al_(2)O_(3)particles is formed by dissolution and precipitation of TiC,and the bonding strength between Al_(2)O_(3)particles and matrix is improved.The wear resistance of the infiltrated layer is 3~4 times that of high chromium cast iron,also it can resist 15 thermal shocks without cracks at 800℃.
