摘 要:FGH4095合金环形件在热处理淬火过程中会产生开裂行为,实验基于开裂断口的显微组织金相分析,结合淬火过程应力场和温度场的数值模拟,阐明了淬火开裂机制,并给出了解决淬火开裂的有效措施。研究认为,FGH4095环形件淬火过程中,在拉应力和氧化的共同作用下,晶界发生了动态脆化导致环形件沿着圆周方向开裂,断口呈现典型的沿晶脆断特征。通过对热处理前环形件表面涂覆抗氧化涂料可消除淬火开裂。According to the cracking behavior of FGH4095 alloy ring part in the process of heat treatment quenching,the quench cracking mechanism was clarified based on the metallographic analysis of the microstructure of the cracking fracture,combined with the numerical simulation of the stress field and temperature field in the quenching process,and the effective measures to solve the quench cracking were given.It is concluded that the dynamic embrittlement occurs in the grain boundary of FGH4095 ring part during quenching under the combined action of tensile stress and oxidation,leading to the cracking along the circumferential direction,and the fracture presents typical intergranular embrittlement characteristics.The quenching cracking can be eliminated by coating the surface of the ring part with antioxidant coating before heat treatment.
