摘 要:以建新煤矿大埋深、强矿压显现的4206孤岛工作面为研究对象,结合力学建模和数值模拟等方法,研究了大范围采空区覆岩承压拱结构演化规律。本工作面、相邻两工作面和相邻3工作面范围内扩展演化的覆岩承压拱拱脚恰好作用于区段煤柱,是孤岛工作面回采期间强矿压频现的主要原因,据此提出了断高位承压拱卸压技术。结合承压拱层位及岩性特征设计了断拱卸压参数,并优化了末采期断拱卸压参数。实践证明:卸压效果显著,有效降低了两巷维护难度,并实现了末采期15 d内装备的快速回撤,取得显著的经济和社会效益。研究成果可为彬黄矿区厚煤层强矿压工作面安全回采提供较好的工程参考。Taking the 4206 isolated island working face of Jianxin coal mine within large burial depth and strong mine pressure as a research object,mechanical modeling and numerical simulation were carried out to study the evolution law of the overlying rock pressure arch structure in the multi-goaf and large-space stope.The arch feet of overlying rock pressure arches,that expand and evolve in the current working face,the adjacent two working faces and the adjacent three working faces,just act on the section coal pillars.Such phenomenon is considered as the main reason for the frequent appearance of strong ground pressure during mining.Therefore,the pressure relief technology was proposed by breaking highlevel pressure arch.In combination with the horizon and lithology of the pressure arch,the pressurerelief parameters of breaking arch were designed and especially optimized at the end of mining.A remarkable pressure relief effect has been demonstrated in the practice,which could reduce the maintenance difficulty of the two roadways,realize the rapid withdrawal of equipment within 15 days of the final mining period,and achieve significant economic and social benefits.The research results could provide a good engineering reference for the safe mining of thick coal seam working faces with strong ground pressure in Binhuang mining area.
