摘  要:为了评价充填采煤液压支架的结构设计,提出了一种基于层次分析法(AHP)、熵权法(EWM)和CRITIC三者综合赋权的TOPSIS评价方法。从结构特性、夯实特性、支护特性和充填特性4个方面确定了8项评价指标,构建了充填采煤液压支架评价体系。融合主客观赋权方法,主观上采用AHP赋权,客观上基于仿真模型采用EWM和CRITIC赋权,建立了AEC-TOPSIS综合评价模型,通过计算各支护状态的相对贴近度分析出优良支护区间。以某四柱充填采煤液压支架为例,该液压支架的优良贴合度为2.4%~2.9%,优良支护区间为3.75~4.80 m,与其服务的煤层厚度相吻合,说明在该煤层进行固体充填开采时可发挥该支架最均衡的性能,为充填采煤液压支架结构设计提供了一种可靠的评价体系与方法。In order to evaluate the structure design of backfilling hydraulic support,the TOPSIS evaluation method is proposed based on analytic hierarchy process,entropy weight method and CRITIC.Eight evaluation indexes are determined from four aspects of structural characteristics,tamping characteristics,support characteristics and flling characteristics,so as to construct the evaluation system.The AECTOPSIS comprehensive evaluation model is established,where the weights are determined subjectively through AHP,together with the objective simulation model of EWM and CRITIC.The best support interval is analyzed by calculating the relative closeness of each support state.Taking a four-column flling hydraulic support as an example,the optimal fit degree is 2.4%-2.9%,and the optimal support interval is 3.75-4.80 m.The results indicate that the most balanced performance could be exerted in the solid backfilling mining,which could provide a reliable evaluation system for the structure design of the backfilling hydraulic support.
