摘 要:将我国数以万计的废弃煤矿井上下空间作为抽水蓄能电站的站址资源,不仅可以大幅度提高抽蓄装机容量,更好地稳定电网、消纳新能源、促进节能减排,而且可以实现废弃矿井资源循环利用。因此,开展废弃矿井抽水蓄能关键技术与工程示范研究具有重要的经济效益、生态价值和社会意义。基于煤炭矿井全生命周期利用理念,按照抽水蓄能技术原理、选址条件等方面对废弃煤矿井上下资源进行计算分析,初步提出废弃矿井抽水蓄能电站多能互补利用模式。以淮北石台煤矿为例,在综合分析矿井水文地质、资源条件、近郊新能源等因素的基础上,设计废弃煤矿多能源互补综合利用具体方案,并从资源条件、技术水平和经济社会效益等多角度论证其可行性;在此基础上,对石台矿抽水蓄能电站建设提出3点建议。研究成果丰富了废弃矿井抽水蓄能开发利用模式与方法,对废弃煤矿遗留空间资源的可持续利用与能源型城市转型升级发展具有重要意义。There are tens of thousands of abandoned coal mines in China,reforming the left space into pumped storage power stations can improve the installed capacity,stabilize electrified wire netting,consume new energy,promote energy conservation and emission reduction,which can realize the recycling of abandoned mine resources.It is of great economic benefit,ecological value and social and environmental significance to carry out the study on the key technologies and engineering demonstrations of new energy storage in abandoned mines.In this paper,resources of abandoned coal mines are analyzed based on the principles especially the site selection of pumped storage,and a multi-energy complementary utilization model of pumped storage power stations in abandoned mines is proposed considering the concept of whole life cycle utilization in coal mine.Taking the Shitai Coal Mine as an example,a detailed scheme for the multiple energy sources is carried out based on the comprehensive analysis of mine hydrogeology,resource conditions,and new energy resources.The feasibility of reforming the abandoned mines as pumped storage station is demonstrated from the perspectives of resource conditions,technical level,and economic and social benefits.Suggestions are proposed for the construction of pumped-storage station in Shitai Coal Mine.The research results enrich the utilization modes of abandoned mines,which has great significance for the sustainable utilization of the space resources left in abandoned mines,as well as the transformation and upgrading of energy-oriented cities.
