摘　　要：实现碳中和的核心路径在于零碳可再生能源对化石能源的根本替代。零碳能源生产革命有助于协同推进碳中和与可持续发展目标实现,零碳能源消费革命可以有效提高民生福祉,促进区域协同。碳移除路径只能作为不可或缺的辅助手段,有着应急备用的特殊功效。实现碳中和,需要摒弃碳思维,释放零碳转型发展新动能。我国在零碳能源的生产和消费领域处于全球第一方阵,需将我国强大的市场竞争力转换为国际规则能力,寻求可再生能源领域市场话语权,引领零碳能源转型发展的系统性变革。The core path to achieve carbon neutrality lies in the fundamental replacement of fossil energy by zero-carbon renewable energy.The zero-carbon energy production revolution can help synergistically promote the realization of carbon neutrality and sustainable development goals.The zero-carbon energy consumption revolution can effectively improve people's well-being and promote regional synergy.The carbon removal path can only be used as an indispensable auxiliary means,with the special effect of an emergency backup.To achieve carbon neutrality,we need to abandon carbon thinking and release new driving forces for zero-carbon transformation.China is ranked firstechelon in the field of production and consumption of zerocarbon energy.It is necessary to transform China's strong market competitiveness into the ability of international rules,seek the power of market discourse in the field of renewable energy,and lead the systematic transformation of zero-carbon energy transition development.
