摘  要:基于2007~2020年中国省域面板数据,采用广义矩估计法(GMM)实证检验工业用地市场化对工业绿色全要素生产率的直接影响与制造业转型升级的中介机制。研究发现:工业用地市场化不仅会直接促进工业绿色全要素生产率增长,还会通过制造业转型升级间接提升绿色全要素生产率,即制造业转型升级在工业用地市场化与工业绿色全要素生产率之间具有中介效应;异质性分析表明,东部地区工业用地市场化配置显著提升了工业绿色全要素生产率,而中西部地区其影响则不显著。据此,应全面推进工业用地市场化配置,推动制造业技术革新,促进中西部地区产业结构升级。Based on provincial panel data from 2007 to 2020 in China,this paper empirically tests the direct impact of industrial land leasing marketization on industrial green total factor productivity(IGTFP)and the intermediary mechanism of manufacturing transform and updating with dynamic panel data model.The results indicate that the marketization of industrial land not only directly promotes the growth of IGTFP,but also indirectly enhances IIGTFP through the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.Heterogeneity analysis shows that in the eastern region,the market-oriented allocation of industrial land significantly improves IGTFP,while in the central and western regions,this impact is not significant.Based on this,market mechanisms should be fully utilized to improve industrial land allocation efficiency,promote technological innovation in the manufacturing industry,enhance manufacturing transformation and upgrading in the central and western regions.
