摘　　要：作为毛泽东宣传思想的重要组成部分,毛泽东关于党的宣传队伍建设思想是对马克思主义经典作家宣传队伍建设思想的赓续与发展,是对中国古代思想家与纵横家政见宣传智慧的吸纳与超越,更是对中国革命与建设时期党的宣传工作实践的提炼与升华。这一逻辑严密、内容详实的思想体系明确回答了党的宣传队伍的党性立场与价值根基,深刻揭示了党的宣传队伍的使命任务、组织体系与专业素养,为新时代党的宣传工作队伍建设提供了科学指南。As an important part of Mao Zedong's propaganda thought,Mao Zedong's thought on the construction of the Party's propaganda team is the continuation and development of the classical Marxist writers'thought on the construction of the propaganda team,the absorption and transcendence of the propaganda wisdom of the ancient Chinese thinkers and political views of the columnists,and the refinement and sublimation of the Party's propaganda work practice during the Chinese revolution and construction period.This logical and detailed ideological system clearly answers the party's propaganda team's party position and value roots,profoundly reveals the party's propaganda team's mission,organizational system and professionalism,providing a scientific guide to the construction of the Party's propaganda and ideological work team in the new era.
