摘　　要：在中国革命和建设实践中,毛泽东创造性地提出了思想政治工作的方针和原则、明确了思想政治工作的地位和作用、概括了思想政治教育的框架和内容、开拓了思想政治工作的路径和方法。毛泽东思想政治工作理论本质上是马克思主义科学真理与人民群众认识世界、改造世界主观能动性的有机结合。毛泽东关于党的思想政治工作理论的原创性贡献标注和彰显了马克思主义发展的新高度新境界,以极具中国特色的现代话语推进了中国革命和建设实践,推进了党的建设,以理论共通性和行动一致性的理性预期向世界提供了重要参考。In the practice of Chinese revolution and construction,Mao Zedong creatively put forward the policy and principle of ideological and political work,defined the status and function of ideological and political work,summarized the framework and content of ideological and political education,and opened up the path and method of ideological and political work.In essence,Mao Zedong's theory of ideological and political work is the organic combination of Marxist scientific truth and people's subjective initiative to understand and transform the world.Mao Zedong's original contribution to the theory of the Party's ideological and political work marked and highlighted the new height and new realm of the development of Marxism,promoted the practice of Chinese revolution and construction with the modern discourse with Chinese characteristics,promoted the party's construction,and provided an important reference to the world with the rational expectation of theoretical commonality and action consistency.
