摘　　要：[目的]研究杀螨剂灭螨醌的合成方法。[方法]以2-羟基-1,4-萘醌(指甲花醌)、甲胺、正十二醛、乙酰氯为起始原料,经加成、脱胺、氢化、氧化、酯化反应,处理后即得目标产物灭螨醌。[结果]在优化反应条件下,反应总收率为78.3%(以指甲花醌计),含量99%;产物结构经HPLC-MS、1H NMR确证。[结论]该工艺反应原料易得,条件温和,操作简便,适合在工业上推广应用。[Aims]This paper aims to study the synthetic method of acequinocyl.[Methods]Acequinocyl can be obtained through reactions of addition,deamination,hydrogenation,oxidation,and esterification using 2-hydroxynaphthalene-1,4-dione(lawsone),methylamine,n-dodecylaldehyde,and acetyl chloride as starting materials.[Results]The total yield was 78.3%on lawsone under the optimized reaction conditions and the purity was as high as 99%.The structure of the target product was confirmed by HPLC-MS and'H NMR.[Conclusions]The method is suitable for popularization and application in industry with easy gained materials,mild reaction conditions and simple procedures.
