摘  要:花香的物质基础是花器官不同部位产生的易挥发次生代谢产物,这些次生代谢产物主要包括萜类、苯环型/苯丙素类、脂肪酸衍生物和烷烃类等,它们的代谢途径和控制代谢途径的关键基因已有许多研究。花香是牡丹的重要观赏性状之一,研究表明萜类化合物、苯环型/苯丙烷类化合物、脂肪酸衍生物等是牡丹花香的主要成分,但有关牡丹特征花香成分生物合成的关键酶和关键基因的研究还处于初始阶段,深入进行牡丹不同种和品种特征花香主成分及其合成生物途径研究,对于牡丹的育种和综合利用具有重要意义。本研究综合论述了花香物质的生物合成及目前关于不同牡丹种或品种的花香研究成果,为开展牡丹几类主要的挥发性成分合成代谢的遗传规律研究,利用花香挥发性主成分差异较大的亲本进行杂交获得香气特征显著的杂交后代和通过分子生物学手段对牡丹花香进行遗传改良提供参考。The material basis of flower fragrance is the volatile secondary metabolites produced by different parts of flower organs.These secondary metabolites mainly include terpenoids,benzenoids/phenylpropanoids,fatty acid derivatives and alkanes,etc..The main metabolic pathways and key genes controlling metabolic pathways have been studied.Floral fragrance is one of the most important ornamental characters of peony.Studies have shown that terpenoids,benzenoids/phenylcyclopropanes and fatty acid derivatives are the main components of peony floral fragrance.However,the research on the key enzymes and genes involved in the biosynthesis of characteristic floral fragrance components of peony is still in the initial stage.It is of great significance to study deeply on the main components and synthetic biological pathway of peony flower fragrance in the breeding and comprehensive utilization of peony.In this paper,the biosynthesis of floral aroma compounds and the research of floral aroma of different species or varieties of peony were reviewed.It provides a reference for the study on the genetic rules of anabolism of several major volatile components in peony,the hybridization with large differences fragrance parents to obtain significant aroma characteristics varieties,and the genetic improvement of peony fragrance by molecular biology.
