摘 要:装配隔热活塞的高强化柴油机喷油量大、热负荷高等特点会导致壁温环境高,燃烧状况恶化,不利于柴油机热效率的提升。针对该问题,采用数值模拟的方法研究高壁温对喷雾和燃烧的影响。提高燃油喷射压力至250 MPa,高壁温环境下的燃烧持续期缩短7.1%,可有效改善高壁温对燃烧的不利影响。The characteristics of high strength diesel engines equipped with insulated pistons,such as large fuel injection volume and high thermal load,can lead to high wall temperature environment and deterioration of combustion conditions,which is not conducive to the improvement of diesel engine thermal efficiency.To solve this problem,the influence of high wall temperature on spray and combustion was studied by numerical simulation.Increasing the fuel injection pressure to 250 MPa can shorten the combustion duration by 7.1%in high wall temperature environments,effectively improving the adverse effects of high wall temperature on combustion.
