摘 要:试验旨在研究葡萄糖氧化酶对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标及养殖经济效益的影响。选取200头断奶仔猪,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复10头断奶仔猪。对照组断奶仔猪饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加50、100、150 mg/kg水平的葡萄糖氧化酶。试验期28 d。结果显示,100 mg/kg组、150 mg/kg组仔猪平均日增重(ADG)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),100 mg/kg组和150 mg/kg组仔猪料重比(F/G)显著低于对照组(P<0.05),各试验组仔猪腹泻率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。100 mg/kg组仔猪血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),各试验组仔猪血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),100 mg/kg组仔猪血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。100 mg/kg组仔猪血清中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组仔猪血清白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。100 mg/kg组、150 mg/kg组仔猪背最长肌IGF-2基因的表达量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组仔猪养殖利润分别比对照组高7.80、29.28、16.14元/头。研究表明,葡萄糖氧化酶可以提高仔猪生长性能,改善机体健康,建议在断奶仔猪日粮中添加100 mg/kg葡萄糖氧化酶。The study was to study the effect of glucose oxidase on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and breeding economic benefits of weaned piglets.A total of 200 weaned piglets were seclected and randomly divided into four groups,with five replicates in each group and 10 weaned piglets in each replicate.The piglets in control group were fed with basic diet,piglets in experimental group were fed with basic diet supplentment with 50,100 and 150 mg/kg glucose oxidase.The test period lasted for 28 d.The results showed that the ADG of piglets in 100 mg/kg group and 150 mg/kg group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),F/G of piglets in 100 mg/kg group and 150 mg/kg group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the diarrhea rate of piglets in each experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The T-AOC and GSH-Px activity in serum of piglets in 100 mg/kg group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),the serum SOD activity of piglets in each experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the serum MDA content of piglets in 100 mg/kg group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The content of IgG and TNF-αin serum of piglets in 100 mg/kg group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the content of serum IL-6 in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The expression of IGF-2 gene in the longissimus dorsi muscle of piglets in 100 mg/kg group and 150 mg/kg group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The breeding profit of piglets in experimental group was 7.80,29.28 and 16.14 yuan/head higher than that in control group.The study indicates that glucose oxidase can improve the performance and body health of piglets,and it is suggested to add 100 mg/kg glucose oxidase to diet of weaned piglets.
