摘　　要：中药渣中残留部分中药的营养成分及功能成分。微生物发酵能够利用中药渣中残余的营养源,提高中药渣中蛋白质、多糖、黄芪甲苷等营养成分的含量,改善中药渣的适口性。发酵中药渣可以增强动物机体的免疫力,预防疾病,提高生产性能。文章总结分析了菌株发酵中药渣的工艺、发酵中药渣的营养及功能成分及发酵中药渣在动物生产中的应用,以期为中药渣的饲料化研究及应用提供参考。Chinese medicine residue contain some of nutrients and functional components of Chinese medicine.Microbial fermentation can utilize the residual nutrient sources,increase the content of protein,polysaccharide,astragaloside and other nutrients,improve the palatability of Chinese medicine residues.Fermented medicinal residue can enhance the immunity of animal body,prevent disease and improve production performance.The paper summarizes and analyzes the fermentation technology of Chinese medicine residue by strain,the nutritional and functional components of Chinese medicine residue and the application of fermented Chinese medicine residue in animal production,in order to provide reference for the research and application of Chinese medicine residue in feed.
