摘　　要：结核病是结核分枝杆菌感染引起的慢性传染性疾病。目前, 我国乃至全球的结核病防治形势严峻。卡介苗是目前唯一被批准的结核病疫苗, 但其在保护作用与保护效果上仍有较大的不足。因此, 开发更为有效的结核病新型疫苗至关重要。目前, 有多个新型结核病候选疫苗处于临床或临床前研究阶段。本文回顾了结核病候选疫苗的研究现状并对结核病新型疫苗策略的研究进展进行综述, 以期为我国结核病疫苗的开发研究提供参考。Tuberculosis is a chronic infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis.At present,the situation of tuberculosis control in China and even the world is severe.Bacillus Calmette-Guerin(BCG)vaccine is the only approved vaccine for tuberculosis,but its protective effect is limited.Hence,it is imperative to develop more effective tuberculosis vaccines.Currently,many new tuberculosis vaccine candidates are in clinical or preclinical trials.In this paper,to provide reference for the development of tuberculosis vaccines in China,the status of the research on vaccine candidates were reviewed and the progress in new tuberculosis vaccine strategies were summarized.
