摘　　要：目的 分析《艾灸感传评价量表》的信度、效度及可行性,形成量表正式版本。方法 完善量表后,通过α系数、Spearman-Brown系数及Guttman折半系数评价量表信度,通过探索性因子分析评价结构效度,并采用聚类分析法验证。统计有效量表回收率及完成时间,评价量表可行性。结果 量表Cronbach α系数0.516,Spearman-Brown系数0.751,Guttman折半系数0.746。探索性因子分析根据特征根>1提取6个公因子,累积贡献率为72.26%,公因子解释与量表预设结构相符,聚类分析分类与公因子高度重合。有效量表回收率100%,完成时间最长3分50秒。结论 《艾灸感传评价量表》正式版本信度、效度及可行性良好。Objective To conduct reliability,validity,and feasibility analysis of the Moxibustion Sensory Transmission Evaluation Scale and form the formal version of the scale.Methods The Cronbachα,Spearman-Brown,and Guttman split-half coefficients were calculated to evaluate the scale's reliability.Structural validity was evaluated by exploratory factor analysis and verified by cluster analysis.The recovery rate and completion time of the practical scale were counted to evaluate the feasibility of the scale.Results Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.516,Spearman-Brown coefficient was 0.751,and Guttman split-half coefficient was 0.746.In exploratory factor analysis,six common factors were extracted according to the characteristic root greater than 1,and the cumulative contribution rate was 72.26%.The classification verified by cluster analysis was highly consistent with the factor extraction in exploratory factor analysis,which further proved the excellent construct validity of the scale.The effective recovery of 100.00%,and the longest completion time was 3 minutes and 50 seconds.Conclusion The formal version of Moxibustion Sensory Transmission Evaluation Scale has qualified reliability and validity and has good feasibility.
