芳香温通法治疗冠状动脉微血管功能障碍

摘　　要：本文论述“芳香温通法”治疗冠状动脉微血管病变。冠脉微血管病变的发病机制与内皮功能损伤、自主神经异常及作用于血管代谢物质异常有关。中医学认为本病发病于心,部位在络脉,病机为络脉瘀滞。痰浊、血瘀、毒蕴等病理产物损伤微血管内皮结构,血管内膜增厚,微血管管腔狭窄,微血栓的形成,导致心脉不通。或是微血管稀疏,导致络脉虚滞、营气衰竭,因而气血不足,以致心脉失养。故而提出芳香温通法治疗血管性心绞痛。This article focuses on the"aromatic warming method"in the treatment of coronary microangiopathy.The pathogenesis of coronary microangiopathy are associated with endothelial damage,autonomic abnormalities and abnormalities in the metabolic substances acting on the blood vessels.In Chinese medicine,the main lesion may develop from heart,but it is located in the collateral vessel,which is essentially induced by stagnation of the collateral.It is believed that the pathological products including phlegm,blood stasis and toxicity have damaged the endothelial structure of the collateral,leading to the development of sclerotic masses and narrowing of the official chambers.Or due to microvascular sparseness induced by collateral vessel stagnation and nutrient qi failure,further leading to qi and blood deficiency,and finally leading to heart vessel undernourishment.Therefore,the clinical theoretical approach of aromatic warming method is proposed for the treatment of vascular angina pectoris.
