摘 要:目的探讨320排CT冠状动脉减影技术对冠状动脉支架植入术后支架段管腔显示的影响。方法纳入接受冠状动脉支架植入术,且行320排CT冠状动脉成像检查的患者40例,根据图像是否减影将其分为常规冠状动脉CT血管成像(Con-CCTA)和减影冠状动脉CT血管成像(Sub-CCTA)2组,记录主、客观图像质量结果。结果(1)Con-CCTA和Sub-CCTA主观图像质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),客观参数冠状动脉CT值(CT_(冠))、图像噪声、对比度(Co)、信噪比(SNR)和对比噪声比(CNR)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)不同直径支架减影图像的Co、SNR和CNR有统计学差异(P<0.05),支架直径≥3.18 mm组的Co、SNR和CNR均高于支架直径<3.18 mm组。结论320排CT冠状动脉减影技术可以提高冠状动脉支架植入术后图像质量,较好地显示支架段管腔,有利于调整和制订临床策略。Objective To explore the effect of 320-row CT coronary subtraction technique on the lumen display of stent segment after coronary stent implantation.Methods A total of 40 patients who underwent coronary stent implantation and underwent 320-row CT coronary angiography were included.They were divided into two groups,convention coronary computed tomography angiography(Con-CCTA)and subtraction coronary computed tomography angiography(Sub-CCTA),according to whether the image was subtracted,and the subjective and objective image quality results were recorded.Results(1)There was no significant difference in subjective image quality scores between Con-CCTA and Sub-CCTA(P>0.05).There were significant differences in objective parameters of CT coronary,image noise,contrast(Co),signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)and contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR)(P<0.05);(2)The Co,SNR and CNR of the subtraction images of stents with different diameters were statistically different(P<0.05).The Co,SNR and CNR of the stent diameter≥3.18 mm group were higher than those of the stent diameter<3.18 mm group.Conclusion 320-row CT coronary subtraction technique can improve the image quality after coronary stent implantation,and can better display the stent segment lumen,which is conducive to adjusting and formulating clinical strategies.
