摘  要:目的探讨静息态功能磁共振成像(rs-fMRI)技术对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染者(Hp阳性组)与健康对照(对照组)的静态、动态功能网络间连接差异。方法纳入Hp阳性组29例和对照组29例,采集rs-fMRI数据,通过独立成分分析(ICA)方法提取脑网络,进行2组间静态、动态功能网络分析。并将结果脑区间功能连接值与胃肠道症状评定量表(GSRS)评分做相关性分析。结果静态功能网络连接结果显示2组基底神经节网络与小脑网络功能连接增强(P<0.05;FDR校正);动态功能网络连接显示2组有6种状态,其中在状态3时基底神经节网络与视觉网络动态功能网络连接降低(P<0.05;FDR校正);2组在状态2、5、6平均停留时间指标存在差异(P<0.05;FDR校正)。基底神经节网络与小脑网络静态功能连接值与GSRS评分呈正相关(P=0.048,r=0.229)。结论感染Hp后会引起小脑网络与基底神经节网络静态功能连接障碍及全脑状态下动态功能模式的改变。Objective To investigate the connection differences between the static and dynamic functional networks of helicobacter pylori(Hp)infected patients(Hp positive group)and healthy controls(control group)by resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI).Methods The Hp positive group(n=29)and the control group(n=29)were included.rs-fMRI data were collected,and the brain networks were extracted by independent component analysis(ICA).Static and dynamic functional networks were analyzed between the two groups.The correlation between functional connection values and gastrointestinal symptom rating scale(GSRS)was analyzed.Results The static functional network connection showed that the functional connection between the basal ganglia network and the cerebellar network was enhanced in both groups(P<0.05;FDR correction);dynamic functional network connection showed that there were six states in the two groups,and the dynamic functional network connection between basal ganglia network and visual network decreased at state 3(P<0.05;FDR correction);there were differences between the two groups in the average residence time index of states 2,5 and 6(P<0.05;FDR correction).The static functional connection values of basal ganglia network and cerebellar network were positively correlated with GSRS score(P=0.048,r=0.229).Conclusion Infection with Hp can cause the dysfunction of static functional connection between the cerebellar network and the basal ganglia network and the change of dynamic functional pattern in the whole brain.
