摘  要:聚乳酸羟基乙酸(PLGA)作为一种生物可降解聚酯,具有良好的生物相容性和生物降解性,其降解性、加工性能、力学性能等可随单体组成变化而变化,在医疗领域中有很高的应用价值。总结了近年来PLGA的合成方法的研究进展,探讨了其降解机制和性能,概述了其在药物运输、骨组织工程以及手术缝合线等医用领域的应用,建议用熔融缩聚法制备成本更低的高分子质量PLGA,以取代传统石油基材料,实现其在工农业和包装材料中的应用。As a kind of biodegradable polyester,poly(lactic acid-co-glycolic acid)(PLGA)has good biocom⁃patibility and biodegradability.Its degradability,processing properties and mechanical properties can be changed with the changes of monomer composition,so it has high application value in medical fields.The research progress of synthesis methods of PLGA in recent years was summarized,the degradation mecha⁃nism and performance of PLGA were discussed,and its applications in medical fields such as drug transpor⁃tation,bone tissue engineering and surgical sutures were summarized.It was suggested to prepare PLGA with lower cost and high molecular weight by melt polycondensation method to replace traditional petro⁃leum-based materials and realize its application in industry,agriculture and packaging materials.
