摘 要:聚丙烯腈预氧化纤维是碳纤维制备的关键中间产品,由于其具有高阻燃性、耐高温等特点,可直接用于制备阻燃织物、碳/碳复合材料等,是一种重要的高性能纤维。首先回顾了聚丙烯腈预氧化纤维的发展历程,随后对聚丙烯腈预氧化纤维的低成本化和高性能化制备技术进行了系统梳理,介绍了聚丙烯腈预氧化纤维的新应用进展,最后展望了其产业化与应用前景。Oxidized polyacrylonitrile fiber is a key intermediate product of the carbon fiber process and can be directly used as the raw materials in flame retardant fabric and carbon/carbon composite materials due to its characteristics of high flame resistance and high temperature resistance.It is an important high-perfor⁃mance fiber.Firstly,the development history of oxidized polyacrylonitrile fibers was reviewed,then the low-cost and high-performance preparation technology of oxidized polyacrylonitrile fibers was systematically discussed,the application progress of oxidized polyacrylonitrile fibers was introduced,and finally the indus⁃trialization and application prospect of oxidized polyacrylonitrile fibers were prospected.
