摘 要:病原微生物风险评估是生物安全实验室采取风险控制措施、建立安全管理体系和制定安全操作规程的重要依据。随着国家对于生物安全管理的要求越来越高,而风险评估工作又具有很高的专业性,业内相关研究较少。文中从风险评估的角度出发,了解行业内生物安全风险评估现状,以BSL-2生物安全实验室活动内容为视角,对生物因子、工作内容、设施设备、感染性材料、人员、防护等风险因素进行评估,并提出相应的管理防控措施,以供业内其他BSL-2生物安全实验室管理参考。Pathogenic microorganism risk assessment is an important basis for biosafety laboratory to take risk control measures,establish safety management system and formulate safety operation procedures.As the country has higher and higher requirements for biosafety management and risk assessment is highly professional,there are few related researches in the industry.From the perspective of risk assessment,this paper understands the current situation of biosafety risk assessment in the industry,takes the activity content of BSL-2 biosafety laboratory as the perspective,evaluates risk factors including biological factors,work content,facilities and equipment,infectious materials,personnel and protection,and puts forward corresponding management and prevention measures,which is for other BSL-2 biosafety laboratory management reference.
