摘 要:探讨超高分子量聚乙烯短纤维缝纫线的制备工艺,以及混纺比对超高分子量聚乙烯与涤纶混纺纱性能的影响。对原料进行预处理后,采用环锭纺选择合理的工艺参数,制备超高分子量聚乙烯短纤维纯纺纱和5种比例的混纺单纱以及股线;测试研究所制备纱线的基本性能,确定超高分子量聚乙烯与涤纶混纺纱线的适宜混纺比。结果表明,超高分子量聚乙烯短纤维纯纺纱成纱困难,超高分子量聚乙烯与涤纶混纺纱(80∶20)及其股线综合性能最优,通过混纺比的优化可设计出性能较好的超高分子量聚乙烯短纤维缝纫线。This paper discusses the preparation process of UHMWPE staple fiber sewing thread and the influence of blending ratio on the performance of UHMWPE/Polyester blend yarn.After the raw materials are pretreated,ring spinning is adopted,and reasonable process parameters are selected to prepare UHMWPE staple fiber pure spun yarn and 5 kinds of blended single yarns and strands.The basic properties of the yarns prepared by the research institute are tested to determine the appropriate blending ratio of the UHMWPE/Polyester blended yarns.The results show that it is difficult to make pure UHMWPE staple fiber yarn,and the UHMWPE/Polyester blended yarn(80:20)and its strands have the best overall performance.It is believed that the UHMWPE staple fiber sewing thread with better performance can be designed by optimizing the blending ratio.
