摘 要:论述手套与手套机选针机构的相互关系及其重要性,指出普通低叉手套的三指掌与小指指部在分叉处存在相互间的拉牢力度不够的现象,其原因在于三指掌选针区与小指指部选针区之间没有设置共针。详细阐述低叉手套机的主要结构,新低叉选针机构、前新叉刀及后新叉刀、低叉钩刀剪刀机构的结构,通过编织工艺能实现在各分叉处具有较强拉牢力度的低叉手套的编织。阐述主要零件的热处理工艺,并简述相关专利的申请情况。The interrelation between the gloves and the needle selection mechanism and its importance is discussed,the paper pointes out that the three finger palm and the little finger palm of the ordinary low fork glove have insufficient pulling strength between each other.The reason is that there is no co-needle between the threefinger palm needle selection area and the small finger needle selection area.Then,the main structure of the low fork glove knitting machine is described in detail.The structure of the new low fork needle selection mechanism,the front new stitch holder and the rear new stitch holder,and the low fork looper and yarn cutter mechanism.Low fork gloves can be woven in each fork has a strong pull strong strength through the knitting process.It explains the heat treatment process of the main parts and makes escription of the relevant patent applications.
