摘　　要：为了解湖南省羊养殖户对布鲁氏菌病(以下简称布病)防治知识知晓情况及防治态度和行为状况,2021年采用便利抽样方法,在湖南省所有县(市、区)抽取羊养殖户进行布病知信行问卷调查。结果显示:在1 913个羊养殖户中,有82.96%(1 587/1 913)听说过布病;在听说过布病的羊养殖人员中,布病防治知识和防治行为的知晓合格率分别为69.84%和73.60%;64.95%的羊养殖户对患有布病后及时治疗的认识不足,63.19%对劳动后清洗消毒的意识不强;不同年龄和不同文化程度羊养殖人员的布病知晓合格率存在明显差异(P <0.05),年龄越大、文化程度越低,知晓合格率就越低。结果表明,湖南省羊养殖户较为重视布病防治,基本能采取规范的行为做好布病防控,但仍有部分养殖户防范意识较低,存在高危行为。建议有关部门继续加大对羊养殖户的布病宣传教育力度,全面提高羊养殖户的布病防治意识及自我保护能力,防止人畜感染。In order to investigate sheep farmers'knowledge and practice for brucellosis prevention and control in Hunan Province,a questionnaire investigation was conducted across the province by a convenient sampling method in 2021.The results showed that,for 1913 respondents,82.96%(1587/1913)knew about brucellosis,among them,the qualification rates of knowledge and practice were 69.84%and 73.60%,respectively;64.95%knew little about timely treatment after infection,while 63.19%were with poor awareness of cleaning and disinfection after each operation;obvious difference(P<0.05)was observed in the rates depending on sheep farmers'ages and graduation levels,the older the age,and the lower the graduation level,the lower the rates.In conclusion,the farmers had paid more attention to brucellosis prevention and control,and could take normative behaviors to fight against the disease,but some were still at low level of awareness,behaving at high risk.Relevant authorities were thus recommended to further increase publicity and education for the farmers,and to improve their awareness for brucellosis prevention and control and self-protection ability to prevent possible human or livestock infection.
