摘　　要：鉴于对非洲猪瘟病毒(African swine fever virus,ASFV)病原生物学特性及致病机制研究尚未取得全面突破,目前全球ASFV疫苗研发进展缓慢。2022年6月,越南在与美国科研团队合作的基础上,首个对外宣布成功研发并生产ASFV基因缺失减毒活疫苗,并批准进行商业流通。本文对越南ASFV基因缺失减毒活疫苗的毒株背景及临床应用情况进行了综述,客观分析了相关疫苗的潜在风险并提出了相应措施,以期为我国生猪养殖从业人员和ASFV疫苗研究学者提供参考。In view of the fact that the research on the biological characteristics and pathogenic mechanism of African swine fever virus(ASFV)has not achieved a comprehensive breakthrough,the global road of ASF vaccine development is progressing slowly.In June,2022,on the basis of cooperation with scientific research team of the United States,it was announced by Vietnam that the world's first effective vaccine against ASFV had been developed and authorized for commercial circulation.In the paper,the background and clinical application of the live attenuated gene-deleted vaccines were reviewed,potential risks were objectively analyzed and corresponding measures were put forward,with a view to serving as a reference for practitioners engaging in pig farming and researchers responsible for ASFV vaccine in China.
