摘  要:滑液支原体(Mycoplasma synoviae,MS)是感染鸡和火鸡的主要病原体之一,对全球养禽业造成了巨大经济损失。为了选择分子分型方法进行分子生物学鉴定分析,以便研制出安全有效的亚单位疫苗,从病原特征、分子分型和免疫原性蛋白等方面对MS进行了综述。病原特征主要包括MS生长条件、传播方式和敏感性。MS分型方法众多,目前较为常用的是可变脂蛋白血凝素(vlhA)基因序列分析,其识别力较高,但具有多变性,有时难以确定分离株亲缘关系的相关性;多位点序列分型(multilocus sequence typing,MLST)具有分子分型能力强的特点,更适合流行病学调查。目前,亚单位疫苗是支原体疫苗研发的重要方向,而筛选出合适的抗原是制备亚单位疫苗的前提,现已报道多种免疫原性蛋白,如NADH氧化酶、PDHA、MSPB、P35等。未来还需对MS毒力基因、致病机制和传播机制等深入研究,采用统一的分型方法对全球MS菌株进行分子生物学鉴定分析,积极研究免疫原性良好的抗原蛋白。本文为MS分子生物学鉴定及亚单位疫苗研制提供了参考。Mycoplasma synoviae(MS)is one of the major pathogens that may infect chickens and turkeys,causing enormous economic losses to global poultry industry.In order to select a molecular typing method for molecular biological identification and analysis,and to develop subunit vaccines with safety and effectiveness,the pathogenic characteristics,molecular typing,and immunogenic proteins of MS were described.Its pathogenic characteristics mainly included growth conditions,transmission modes and sensitivity.For various typing methods,the variable lipoprotein hemagglutinin gene(vlhA)sequence analysis was commonly used,which was with high identification capacity but was variable,causing difficulty in determination of the correlation of the isolate's phylogenetic relationship;multilocus sequence typing(MLST),with strong capacity of molecular typing,was more suitable for epidemiological investigation.Currently,Mycoplasma vaccines were developed towards subunit vaccines that should be prepared based on appropriate antigens.NADH oxidase,PDHA,MSPB,P35 and other immunogenic proteins had been reported.MS virulence genes,pathogenic and transmission mechanisms should be further researched.Molecular biological identification analysis should be conducted for global MS strains by a unified typing method,and antigen proteins with good immunogenicity should be actively researched.A reference was thus provided for MS molecular biological identification and preparation of subunit vaccines.
