摘 要:为应对配网多变的运行方式,确保馈线保护动作的正确性、选择性和灵敏性,通过在馈线中选取适当位置安装录波装置的方式,记录不同运行方式下馈线的录波特征数据作为数据基础。录波文件被上传到定值及录波管理系统中进行运行分析、故障判断;配合网络拓扑分析进行故障定位,依据录波装置安装位置及录波时间确定录波数据权重,采用多元回归计算修正保护定值,将馈线保护定值同录波特征和馈线运行方式关联起来建立和维护馈线录波特征库,对优化配网定值管理进行有益的尝试。To deal with a variety of operation modes of distribution network and ensure the selectivity and sensibility of feeder protection,the recording device is introduced to the feeder and installed at proper position to record operation status of feeders in various operation mode.First,the recording files will be analyzed after being uploaded to protection setting&recording data management system.Second,the fault position will be identified with the help of network topology analysis.Third,according to installation of recording device and recording time sequence,the recording data weight is calculated.Last,the protection setting will be revised by multiple regression algorithm.The protection settings will be linked to recording characteristic data and feeder operation modes to join into feeder recording character map,which is a helpful investigation of the optimization of distribution network setting management work.
