密植条件下杂交油菜种子田间纯度与真实值的差异研究

摘  要:为分析密植条件下杂交油菜种子田间纯度与真实值存在差异的原因,在40.5万株/hm2种植密度下研究5个品种、6个纯度样品的田间纯度变化规律,并结合表型调查和SSR基因分型技术探究其原因。结果表明:品种、真实纯度及两者的交互作用均对田间纯度与真实纯度的偏差有显著影响。参试材料中田间纯度与真实纯度差异最大的是丰油730、最小的是沣油737;其4叶期后群体的死亡率达14.33%~21.33%,其中杂交种的成活率均显著高于母本;70%纯度下,丰油730的杂交种与母本的相对成活率显著高于沣油737。试验结果表明,4叶期后的自疏现象和杂交种的空间竞争优势会影响田间纯度表现,品种间杂交种与母本的相对竞争能力差异是影响田间纯度的主要原因。In order to explain the difference between the field purity and the true purity of hybrid rape seed under close planting conditions,5 varieties with 6 purity samples each were selected to study the change regularity of their field purity under the planting density of 405000 plants/hm2 and explore the reasons by phenotype investigation and SSR genotyping.The results showed that:variety,true purity and their interaction all had significant effects on the difference between field purity and true purity.Fengyou 730 had the biggest difference between field purity and true purity,while Fengyou 737 had the smallest difference,their mortality reached 14.33%-21.33%after 4-leaf stage,and the survival rates of their hybrids were significantly higher than those of their female parents.Under 70%purity,the relative survival rates of hybrid and female parent of Fengyou 730 were significantly higher than those of Fengyou 737.To sum up,the self-thinning phenomenon after 4-leaf stage and the spatial competitive advantage of hybrid could affect the field purity performance,however,the main factor affecting field purity was the difference of relative competitive ability between hybrid and female parent.
