摘 要:大水位变幅水库变动回水区码头通航水流条件受上、下游水库联合调度运行影响较大。以在建的白鹤滩水电站坝址下游白石滩翻坝码头为例,通过一维非恒定流数值模拟研究方法,开展了白石滩翻坝码头河段通航水流条件研究。结果表明,翻坝码头河段水位日变幅既受白鹤滩水电站日调节和大坝泄洪非恒定流的影响,又受下游溪洛渡水库坝前运行水位的影响,码头平台布置应进一步优化,以提高利用率。The navigable flow conditions for wharfs in the fluctuating backwater area in a reservoir with large water level fluctuations are greatly affected by the joint operation of upstream and downstream reservoirs.The navigable flow conditions of Baishitan dam-passing wharf are studied with the numerical modeling method to simulate one-dimensional unsteady flows based on the dam-passing wharf in the downstream of Baihetan Hydropower Station,which is stll under construction.The results show that the daily water level fluctuations in the river reach where the dam-passing wharf is built are not only affected by the daily regulation and the unsteady flow of the dam's flood discharge of Baihetan Hydropower Station in the upstream,but also affected by the water levels in front of Xiluodu Hydropower Station in the downstream.Therefore,the wharf deck should be further optimized to increase the utilization rate.
