摘  要:在三峡库区开展复杂条件下大型油品码头的布置研究对于完善三峡库区综合运输体系具有重要作用。对直立式和浮式油码头特征进行分析,结合库区地形、地质及水文条件,构造出一种新型的组合式浮码头形式。通过工程实例,对组合式浮码头布置形式与常规的浮码头布置形式进行对比分析,新型组合式浮码头布置能更好适应库区大水位差、地形陡峭等各种复杂自然条件,能有效减少趸船位移,适应深水抛锚等各种工况,有效提高油码头安全性,为库区大水位差下大中型油品码头工程设计提供参考借鉴。Research on the layout of large oil terminals under complex conditions in the Three Gorges Reservoir area plays an important role in improving the comprehensive transportation system in the Three Gorges Reservoir area.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of vertical and floating oil terminals,a new type of modular floating wharf is constructed according to the topographic,geological and hydrological conditions in the reservoir area.Through the engineering practice,the layout of a modular floating wharf is compared with that of a conventional floating wharf.The proposed layout of the new modular floating wharf can better adapt to various complex natural conditions such as large water level difference and steep terrain in the reservoir area and can effectively reduce the displacement of pontoons,adapt to various working conditions such as deep water anchoring,and effectively improve the safety of the oil terminal,thus providing reference for the design of large and medium size oil terminals with large water level dfference in the reservoir area.
