摘 要:海外某新建集装箱码头工程具有码头宽度窄,岩面起伏大,上覆软土层厚的特点。原设计接岸结构采用了置换砂桩或碎石桩的软土加固方案,需要大型专用施工船施工,施工效率低,成本高,需要进行设计优化。通过对几种可行的设计备选方案进行分析比选,确定了排水板(堆载预压)+连排灌注桩作为接岸优化方案。计算结果显示,灌注桩内力和整体稳定满足使用要求,优化方案的经济指标相比原方案下降了20%左右。与原方案相比,优化方案在减小施工难度和经济性方面均具有优势,可供类似条件下的高桩码头接岸结构设计提供参考。A new container wharf in a foreign country is characterized by narrow quay width,great undulation of rock face and thick overlying soft soil.The original design recommended a soil improvement method of replacement sand piles or stone columns,which would need large special construction ships with low construction efficiency and high construction cost,thus necessitating optimization of the design.By comparing and analyzing several practicable design alternatives,a method of prefabricated vertical drains with surcharge preloading combined with combi-wall of cast-in-situ bored piles is adopted as the optimized shore-connecting structure design.The calculated results show that the internal force of piles and overall stability meet the requirements of use and the cost index of the optimized design decreases by 20%as compared with the original design.The optimized design,when compared with the original design,has advantages in both reduction of construction difficulty and cost,and can provide reference for the design of a shore-connecting structure for piled wharves under similar conditions.
