摘 要:结合巢马铁路马鞍山公铁长江大桥4 m大直径群桩基础施工实例,文章主要对大直径钻孔桩旋挖钻分级成孔施工新工艺及过程控制方法进行论述,提出了基于多级钻头分级成孔技术的超大直径桩基施工技术,建立了不同地层钻进方式及分级扩孔级数的选取原则,形成多级钻头优化配置关键技术。在系统阐述旋挖钻组合成孔施工关键技术的同时,提出有效的质量保证措施,解决了旋挖钻机一次成孔扭矩不足的问题,极大提高了钻孔桩成孔施工工效。Based on the construction of 4 m diameter piles for Ma'anshan Highway and Railway Bridge over the Yangtze River on Chaohu-Ma'anshan Railway,this paper presents mainly a new technology and process control method for construction of large-diameter bored piles by a rotary drill with staged drlling method.Technology for construction of large-diameter piles based on staged drilling with multi-stage drill bits is presented and the principle for selection of drilling methods in different strata and the number of stages for staged drlling is established,thus forming the key technology for optimizing configuration of multi-stage drill bits.While the key technology for staged boreholing is systematically expounded,effective quality ensurance measures are proposed to solve the problem of insufficient torque in hole forming by rotary drilling rig and greatly improve the construction efficiency of bored piles.
