摘 要:“无废城市”的建设要求持续推进城市有机固体废物的资源化利用。厌氧发酵是处理餐厨垃圾等城市有机固体废物的有效手段之一,通过发酵技术生产有机酸、氢气、甲烷等产物,可实现餐厨垃圾的无害化和资源化处理。通过对餐厨垃圾进行预处理,一方面可以解构餐厨垃圾中的大分子有机物,加速水解反应;另一方面有助于富集功能微生物菌群,提升发酵效能。而现阶段的餐厨垃圾资源化处理工艺依然存在产品经济性差、废渣产生量大的问题,针对这两大挑战,介绍了水热法、生物法和新兴的预处理技术,以期为提高餐厨垃圾高值资源化效果提供参考。The construction of“waste-fee cities”requires continuous promotion of the resource utilization of urban organic solid waste.Anaerobic fermentation is one of the effective means to deal with urban organic solid waste such as kitchen waste,and bioenergy such as organic acids,hydrogen,and methane could be generated through fermentation technology,which could realize the harmlessness and recyling of kitchen waste.On the one hand,the pretreatment of kitchen waste could deconstruct the macromolecular organic matter in kitchen waste and accelerate the hydrolysis reaction;on the other hand,it could enrich the functional microflora and improve fenmentation efficiency.At the present stage,the kitchen waste treatment process sill had the problems of poor product economy and large waste residue production.In view of the two major challenges,hydrothermal method,biological method and emerging pretreatment technology were introduced,in order to provide reference for improving the high-value recycle effect of kitchen waste.
