上海市小型医疗机构医疗废物收运“最后一公里”实践研究

摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情发生后,我国抓紧补齐医疗废物短板,其中小型医疗机构已成为医疗废物规范管理的薄弱环节,破解小型医疗机构医疗废物收运“最后一公里”具有重要意义。通过对上海市小型医疗机构医疗废物收运“最后一公里”的实施背景、实施依据、运行效果、运行效益进行分析,全面深入地研究了上海的实践情况。结果表明:模式实施后全市小型医疗机构医疗废物收运频次明显增加,收运过程较为规范,全市医疗废物运力得到有效提升,具有较好的环境效益和社会效益,补齐了上海市小型医疗机构医疗废物收运“最后一公里”的短板,提升了城市精细化治理水平和公共卫生安全保障能力。After the outbreak of the COVID-19,China had made up for the shortcoming of medical waste Smal medial ntiutiois had become the weak link in the sandrired mansgenent of medical waste.It was of great snifeacc to crnck the"last kilometer" of medic al wate cltono and rasporadion in smnal medical istuioss Through dhe anlyy of the mplenton bckgoand,iplenuato bais,oprion eliec and operaion benet of the"last kilometre"of medial waste in smal medieal insintions in Shanghai,a comprehenive and in depth study of the practie in Shanghai had been conducted.The resuls showed thut afie the iplenation of the model,the frquency of medical wate clctionn and tappraion in sall medial itionss in the dity had ben sgpic amy impoved,the proces was relively sadandizede,and the rasporation cpactry had ben ficvel improved.It had btter eoionmerl and scal benei,the"lat klomeer of meial wate cltonn and tnsportaion in smal meial initionos in Shanghai had been made up.and the level of urban reined govemnance and the ability to gurantee public healh security were improved.
