摘 要:在综合考虑环境、经济、社会及基础设施条件等多方面因素的基础上,建立了水面垃圾起岸点的选址决策指标体系。将粗糙集理论、改进的层次分析法以及灰色关联度分析法相结合应用于其中。以某水库为例进行案例分析,基于其实际情况建立指标体系并对其进行科学量化及数据约简,得到了环境适宜、经济节约、社会满意度高、基础设施条件完备的选址方案。On the basis of comprehensive consideration of environmental,economic,social,infrastructure conditions,an indicator system for the location selection decision-making of water surface waste landing point was established.Rough set,improved analytic hierarchy process and grey relational analysis were combined to apply it.A reservoir was taken as an example to analyze the case.Based on its actual situation,the index system was established and scientific quantification and data reduction were carried out.And a site selection scheme with suitable environment,economical economy,high social satisfaction and complete infrastructure conditions was obtained.
