摘 要:为构建碟盘刀具破岩径向载荷的理论模型,揭示其与煤岩的作用关系,通过分析弧形刀刃和楔面与煤岩的作用载荷,采用赫兹接触理论及Mohr-Coulomb准则研究刀刃和楔面的载荷特性,运用矢量叠加原理构建了刀刃和楔面矢量合成碟盘刀具破岩径向载荷模型。通过实验研究不同截割厚度和楔面角的载荷谱,获得了载荷谱峰值和频率特征值,与所构建的理论模型进行对比分析。结果表明:碟盘刀具径向载荷随截割厚度的增大呈增大趋势,楔面角度在35°~50°范围,径向载荷随楔面角的增大呈增大趋势;碟盘刀具径向载荷的理论与实验具有一致性,最大误差在6%左右,验证所建立理论模型的准确性。This paper aims to develop a theoretical model of the radial load of disc cutter in rock breaking,and to reveal the relationship between disc cutter and coal rock.The study operates by analyzing the load effect between curved blade and wedge surface on coal rock;studying load characteristics behind curved blade and wedge surface using Hertzian contact theory and Mohr-Coulomb failure criterion;deriving the radial load model of rock breaking with disc cutter based on vector superposition principle;and obtaining the peak values and frequency eigenvalues of the load spectra by studying the load spectra with different truncation thicknesses and wedge surface angles,as which are all in comparison with the constructed theoretical model.The results show that the radial load of the disc cutter tends to increase with the increase of the cut-off thickness,and the radial load tends to increase with the increase of the wedge face angle within the range of 35°-50°;The radial load theory is consistent with the experiment result with a maximum error about 6%,as which verifies the accuracy of the established theoretical model and provides a reference for the efficient rock breaking of the disc cutter.
