摘 要:地铁车辆转向架构架在多种载荷作用下极易产生疲劳裂纹,严重影响车辆运行的安全性和稳定性,需要开展地铁车辆转向架架构疲劳耐久分析和服役寿命预测。介绍了线性累积损伤理论。建立了地铁车辆动力转向架构架服役寿命预测技术路线。搭建了目标结构有限元模型,依据UIC 615-4:2003和EN 13749:2011要求模拟列车运行负载情况,对转向架构架进行静强度和疲劳强度分析,并识别各工况下的结构薄弱点;通过运营线路动应力试验,掌握了列车运行时这些结构薄弱点的真实循环载荷应力数据;结合材料的疲劳曲线和线性累积损伤理论预测了转向架构架服役寿命。研究表明,基于线性累积损伤理论的地铁车辆转向架架构服役寿命预测方法能够预测转向架构架服役寿命。为修正预测误差,建议在后续研究中持续探索基于车辆转向架构架初始缺陷裂纹扩展机理的断裂力学寿命预测技术。Metro vehicle bogie frame is prone to have fatigue cracks under various loading conditions,which significantly impacts the safety and stability of vehicle operation.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct fatigue durability analysis and predict the service life of metro vehicle bogie frame.The linear cumulative damage theory is introduced,and a technical route for predicting the service life of metro vehicle dynamics bogie frame is proposed.A target structure finite element model is built.According to the requirements of UIC 615-4:2003 and EN 13749:2011 standards,load conditions during train operation are simulated,the static strength and fatigue strength analysis of the bogie frame are conducted to identify structural weak points under various working situations.Through operating line dynamic stress tests,real cyclic load stress data of these structural weak points during train operation are obtained.By combining the fatigue curve of the material and the linear cumulative damage theory,the service life of the bogie frame is predicted.The research shows that the service life prediction method for metro vehicle bogie frame based on linear cumulative damage theory can effectively predict their service life.To improve prediction accuracy,it is recommended to continue exploring fracture mechanics life prediction techniques based on the initial defect crack propagation mechanism in future research.
