摘　　要：上海轨道交通02A02型列车辅助逆变器功率模块原机由阿尔斯通公司制造,由于长时间运行,近年故障频发,因此需进行国产化替代设计研发。分析了辅助逆变器功率模块主电路拓扑结构,重新对02A02型列车辅助逆变器功率模块的各项参数进行了设计和计算,确定了各项参数的数值,并进行了相关硬件选型。国产化样机和原机的对比试验验证结果表明:国产化02A02型列车辅助逆变器功率模块满足各项设计要求,能够完全替代原机产品。The original prototype of auxiliary inverter power module on Shanghai rail transit 02A02-type train manufactured by Alstom has been failing frequently in recent years due to long-term operation,thus it is necessary to conduct research and development on localized substitution design.The main circuit topology structure of auxiliary inverter power module is analyzed,and various parameters of the auxiliary inverter power module for a 02A02-type train are designed and calculated.Each parameter has a determined value,and relevant hardwares are selected.The comparative test results of the localized prototype and the original prototype show that the locally-developed auxiliary inverter power module for 02A02-type train meets all design requirements and can completely replace the original prototype product.
