摘　　要：城市轨道交通的检修规程是列车维护的技术依据和标准,经过多年的发展,已经呈现了多样化的模式。为了实现上海轨道交通列车检修规程管理的智能化和信息化,建立了检修规程管理系统。介绍了该系统各功能模块的主要功能。从列车设备部件出发,搭建了上海轨道交通车辆设备的全量设备树和检修项点全量库,将检修规程项点内容结构化、数字化;通过该系统的功能模块实现了检修规程生成、检修规程对比、检修规程审批、检修规程版本管理等功能;通过该系统可对检修规程进行统筹管理、持续优化和追本溯源。The urban rail transit maintenance regulations and schedules are the technical basis and standard for train maintenance.After years of development,diversified patterns have merged.In order to achieve intelligent and informationized management of Shanghai rail transit train maintenance regulations and schedules,a maintenance regulation-schedule management system is established.The main functions of each functional module of the system are introduced.Starting from the train equipment components,a full equipment tree and a maintenance regulation-schedule full item library of Shanghai rail transit vehicle equipment are built,and the content of maintenance regulation-schedule items is structured and digitized.The system functional modules are used for maintenance regulation-schedule generation,maintenance regulation-schedule comparison,maintenance regulation-schedule approval,and maintenance regulation-schedule version management.The system can provide comprehensive management,continuous optimization,and traceability of maintenance regulation-schedule.
