摘　　要：《城市轨道交通车载能耗计量装置技术要求》的编制难点在于装置准确度测试方法的确认。提出了一种通过数字通信方式对车载能耗计量装置的准确度及时钟计时误差进行测试的方法,介绍了相应的测试装置和测试原理。试验验证结果表明,该测试方法仅使用现有车载元器件即可完成车载能耗计量装置的准确度测试,具有合理性、有效性和可行性。The difficulty of compiling the Technical Requirements for Urban Rail Transit On-board Energy Metering Device is in confirming accuracy testing method for the device.A method for testing the accuracy and clock timing error of on-board energy consumption metering device through digital communication is proposed,and the corresponding testing device and testing principle are introduced.The experimental verification results show that this testing method can complete the accuracy testing of the on-board energy consumption metering device using only existing on-board components,having reasonability,effectiveness,and feasibility.
