摘 要:车辆全寿命均衡运维模式,是一种以车辆设备功能结构(设备树)展开并覆盖其全寿命维护规程为基础,结合列车状态、生产资源状态、外部指标要求等形成全面动态均衡最优维护计划,根据维护规程及维护计划不折不扣执行维护维修工作后,交付运营的车辆设备运维模式。分析了超大规模城市轨道交通线网车辆维修现状,介绍了上海轨道交通17号线车辆全寿命均衡运维模式的具体内涵,以及基于该模式的状态修和数字化转型的实施策略。该模式仍然紧紧扣住“规程-计划-执行-交付”这一车辆运维业务主线,且能持续改善优化,确保列车安全,提升列车可用率,降低运维成本。随着智能运维的全面应用,有必要全面推进车辆维修业务过程的数字化转型,即车辆状态的数字孪生、维修执行的数字化及以维护规程和维护计划优化为核心功能的车辆维修专家系统。Vehicle full life cycle balanced operation and maintenance mode is a vehicle equipment operation and maintenance mode that is based on the expansion of the equipment function structure(equipment tree)and covers the entire maintenance regulations throughout the full life cycle.Combined with the train status,production resource status,external indicator requirements,a comprehensive dynamic optimal maintenance plan is formed.After the maintenance and repair work is fully executed according to the maintenance procedures and maintenance regulations,the vehicle equipment operation and maintenance mode is delivered for operation.The current status of vehicle maintenance in the ultra-large-scale urban rail transit network is analyzed,the specific connotation of the full life cycle balanced operation and maintenance mode of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 17 vehicles is introduced,and the implementation strategies for state repair and digital transformation based on this mode.This mode still firmly adheres to the main line vehicle operation and maintenance business of′regulations-plan-execution-delivery′,and can continue to improve and optimize,ensuring train safety,increasing train availability,and reducing operation and maintenance costs.With the comprehensive application of intelligent operation and maintenance,it is necessary to comprehensively promote the digital transformation of vehicle maintenance business process,including the digital twinning of vehicle status,digitalization of maintenance execution,and a vehicle maintenance expert system that optimizes maintenance procedures and maintenance regulations as the core function.
