摘  要:研究了不同清洗工艺对取向硅钢清洗质量的影响,不同的清洗质量对应不同的初次晶粒尺寸和成品磁性能。结果表明,随着清洗液浓度的增加、温度的提升和时间的延长,钢板表面清洗质量得到改善;清洗质量的差异会导致钢板初次晶粒均匀性发生变化,清洗质量好的钢带,初次晶粒均匀并且成品磁性能优良。The effects of different cleaning processes on cleaning quality of grain oriented silicon steel were studied.Different cleaning quality corresponded to different primary grain size and magnetic properties of final products.The results showed that the cleaning quality of steel plate surface was improved with the increase of cleaning solution concentration,cleaning temperature and cleaning time.The difference of cleaning quality would lead to the change of the primary grain uniformity of the steel plate.The primary grain of steel strip with better cleaning quality was even and the magnetic properties of the final products was good.
