摘　　要：对近10年我国民企取向电工钢市场规模、生产情况及在华申请专利情况进行了研究。研究表明,近10年是我国民企取向电工钢快速发展的重要阶段,无论从产能、产量、乃至高端产品的发展均取得较大进步,专利数量逐年增长,但也存在发明专利数量及比例不多、专利质量不高等问题,专利数量最多的申请人是包头威丰新材料有限公司。The market scale,production and patent applications of grain-oriented silicon steel of private enterprises in China in the past 10 years were researched.The results showed that the last decade was an important stage for the rapid development of grain-oriented silicon steel in China's private enterprises.Great progresses of grain-oriented silicon steel in these enterprises have been made in terms of production capacity,output and even the development of high-end products and the number of patents about grain-oriented silicon steel in these enterprises has increased year by year.But it could be found that the number and proportion of invention patents were still low,and the patents'quality was not high.The applicant with the largest number of patents was Baotou Weifeng New Materials Co.,Ltd..
